In the unfortunate case that you need to return or exchange an item that you purchased through our online store, our return policies are as follows:

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of shipment.  Returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. No refunds will be given for merchandise that has been damaged through improper care or handling.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; except when filing a claim for receipt of damaged merchandise.

Shipping and handling charges for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.  To avoid damage in shipment, please pack merchandise as you received it; using as much packing materials as possible.  To ensure the safe return of the merchandise, items must be insured for the replacement value and returned using a traceable shipping service. (i.e. USPS delivery confirmation, UPS tracking service, etc.)
