Jesse Monongya: Inlaid Sterling Silver Men's Ring

This stunning, one of a kind sterling silver men’s ring by Jesse was purchased from the artist in 1986.  It is set with coral, turquoise, white clam shell, black jet and African malachite. The design is one of the most difficult we have seen in that there are both horizontal and vertical stone patterns set with a  “magnified”circular motif into the horizontal pattern.  The workmanship on this piece, particularly where the circle transects the horizontal pattern, is out of this world. Just flawless!
