Ray Tracey Navajo Tomahawk & Pearl Necklace in 14K Gold
Hand carved lapis, sugilite, turquoise and coral sheathe the handle of the 14K gold tomahawk. The overall dimension of the pendant is approximately 5 ¼” long and 3 ¾” high including the ½” diameter stipple finished bail. The beaded handle measures 5 ¼” long and ¼” in diameter. The longest dimension of the blade is 2 ¼” and feathers are 2 ¼” and 1 ¾” in length, cut and curled for definition.
The length of the multi-strands of pearls is approximately 14 ¾” with a 6mm round and 1” cone bead at each end, terminating with ¾” s-hooks. The generous end caps are ¾” in length and a robust ½” in diameter to accommodate the luxurious 15 strands of ivory hued freshwater seed pearls. The clasp includes a detachable spacer link measuring 1” x ½” featuring an open pueblo kiva step motif, providing optional total necklace length of 20 or 21 inches. All executed in 14K Gold.
