Sterling Silver and Turquoise Oval Cluster Pin/Pendant
This pin is distinctive for the shape and size of the central stone, measuring 1”x 2”, as well as the rustic finish of this large cabochon with the naturally occurring matrix unfilled and pitted to the touch—character.
There are 46 carved tear drop and oval shaped cabs inset in individually hand crafted saw tooth silver bezels, and 30 hand punched silver repousse buttons applied for starburst points. Silver twisted wire repeats the oval concept.
The overall size of this piece is 4.125” x 3.125” and weighs 66.7 grams. In addition to a 2” long pin attachment on the back, there are two small soldered loops to thread on chain for pendant wear.
