Sterling silver (rain) drops accent each ray of this starburst design featuring concentric circles of teardrop and round shaped turquoise cabs with repousse center. The hand cut and polished stones are individually mounted in hand crafted saw tooth bezels, enhanced by wire twist.  The base plate of sterling silver is hand cut and hammered, obvious from the reverse side. There are 95 stones of natural dark blue-green color.  Overall size is 3.25” in diameter and weight is 50.4 grams.

No artist hallmark is evident as this was not the common practice at that time.  There is hand scratched " Bell" on reverse side, probably owner or pawn marking.
